2. Scope

The Seller offers digital educational guides about creating, releasing and promoting music. Before payment, each guide page states its price, summary, included materials and access format.

3. Order, payment and access

The agreement is concluded after the buyer reviews these terms, gives the required consent and successfully pays. Digital access is provided once payment is confirmed, using the method stated on the product page. The buyer is responsible for providing correct contact details.

4. Licence and restrictions

Materials are licensed to the buyer solely for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, publishing, publicly sharing, giving access to third parties, adapting for distribution or reselling any part is prohibited without prior written permission.

5. Educational nature

The materials are educational and informational. They do not promise or guarantee income, streams, a label contract, a successful release, promotion, platform approval or any other specific result. Outcomes depend on the buyer’s decisions and actions, the market and third-party services.

6. Third-party services

Subscriptions and services from Suno, ChatGPT, distributors, streaming platforms and other third parties are not included unless the guide page expressly says otherwise. Their rules and availability are controlled by their providers.

7. Digital-content refunds

Before access begins, the buyer may request cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law. If the buyer expressly requests immediate digital access and acknowledges the possible loss of the withdrawal right, refunds after access begins may be limited where permitted by law. Mandatory rights remain available if access is not provided, the content materially differs from its description or has a technical defect. See “Refunds & Support” for the procedure.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the materials, text, templates, design and other elements remain with their respective owners. A purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

9. Liability and applicable law

Both parties retain all mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined with regard to the Seller’s country and the mandatory consumer rules of the buyer’s country.

10. Changes

A new version applies to orders placed after its publication date. The document version accepted by the buyer is recorded for each order.
