Refunds & Support
1. Before digital access begins
You may request cancellation and a refund before digital access begins where required by applicable consumer law.
2. After access begins
At checkout, you may expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once digital delivery begins where the law permits. This does not limit mandatory rights if access is not provided, the content materially differs from its description or a technical defect prevents use.
3. How to request help or a refund
Email support with the payment email, order date, product name and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details.
4. Review and timing
We review requests individually under the applicable law and the document version accepted at purchase. If approved, the refund is sent through the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.
