We process order and payment data, contact details, access-delivery records, support messages, security logs, IP address and device data where necessary, cookie preferences, and the date, time and versions of accepted legal documents. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not sent to this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to enter into and perform the contract, process payment, provide access and support, prevent abuse, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Optional analytics and marketing are enabled only with consent where required by law.
4. Recipients
Data may be processed by hosting providers, WayForPay, digital-delivery, support and analytics services, only as necessary and on an appropriate legal basis.
5. Retention
Data is kept no longer than necessary for these purposes, the defence of claims, and mandatory accounting, tax or other retention periods. Cookie choices remain until the user changes them or the preference version is updated.
